Motion, pipeline,
and quality at scale.

15+ years across broadcast, production houses, and e-commerce at scale. These three case studies show how I think about content as a system — not just a deliverable.

Multi-platform campaign  ·  Motion graphic  ·  Scale

One creative theme,
four platforms, zero compromise

How we produced a full campaign suite from a single brief — delivering YouTube, Instagram, Stories, and TikTok variants at e-commerce scale, repeatedly, under production deadlines.

The challenge
Each platform has different safe zones, motion speeds, and viewer behavior. What works at 16:9 breaks at 9:16 — focal points shift, text falls off-frame, pacing needs adjustment per context.
What I owned
Animation of all assets across every format, quality control before delivery, and maintaining visual consistency so every variant felt like one campaign — not five separate edits.

Post house collaboration  ·  TVC  ·  Multi-format rebuild

Extending a TVC master into
every format the post house didn't build

Working alongside an external post house to request raw assets — VFX elements, plates, green screen footage, graphic packages — and rebuilding the entire campaign beyond the 16:9 master they delivered.

The real challenge
A 16:9 composition doesn't simply resize. Subjects get cropped, text falls outside safe zones, motion paths break entirely. Every format is a considered rebuild — not a resize.
Why this maps to Grip
This is the exact problem Grip automates at scale. I've done this manually thousands of times. At Grip, I'd own the quality gate for the automated version — ensuring what the system produces holds to the same standard.
